Themed reflective sessions exploring experiences such as transition, memory, belonging, self-compassion, and in-between moments. Through stitching and gentle prompts, participants are invited to reflect and process at their own pace.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Gentle Integration
A softer continuation space for open stitching, journaling, or quiet reflection following the morning session.
