Guided Sessions offer a quiet, supportive space for more personal exploration. Held one-to-one or in small groups, these sessions are gently facilitated, allowing you to move at your own pace through what you are experiencing. Through slow stitching and, when helpful, conversation, you are invited to reflect, process, and stay with what is unfolding—without pressure to resolve or explain.
